Return Policy

At SpoiledBaddies, we want all our baddies to love what they ordered! Please review our policy below before making your purchase:

📌 All Sales Are Final:
We do not offer refunds on purchases unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. In those cases, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

🛍️ Store Credit & Exchanges:
We offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items. If you’d prefer a different item, we’ll happily send one of equal value once we receive the original item back.

📦 Reporting an Issue:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it within 3 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of you!

💳 Buy Now, Pay Later Orders (Afterpay, Shop Pay, Sezzle, etc):
If you paid using a Pay-in-4 service, any approved refund will be 95% of the original payment to cover non-refundable service fees charged by those platforms.

📬 Return Process:
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition:

  • You will receive a store credit gift card, or

  • We’ll ship out your exchange item of equal value.

🚫 Important Notes:

  • No returns or exchanges on worn or used items.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags (if applicable).
