📦 When will my order ship?
All orders take 2-8 business days to process. Please note that processing does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS, which typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info. Please allow a total of 5-14 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Pay Later services like Afterpay, Sezzle, and Shop Pay.
🛍️ Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. However, store credit or exchanges are available. If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!
⚠️ If you paid using Afterpay, Sezzle, or Shop Pay, please note:
Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be issued at 95% due to non-refundable processing fees from those services.
🔄 Can I exchange my item?
Yes! If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like something else, we offer exchanges or store credit. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
📏 How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has a size guide to help you pick the perfect fit. If you’re still unsure, DM us on IG @SpoiledBaddies or email us at contact@spoiledbaddies.shop and we’ll help you out!
💌 Do you offer brand ambassador or collab opportunities?
Yes, but spots are limited! If applications are open, you’ll find the form on our website or on IG. If not, check back soon—we love working with baddies like you 💕
🧼 How should I care for my SpoiledBaddies pieces?
Most of our items are made with high-quality nylon/spandex. We recommend hand washing or using a gentle cycle in cold water, then air drying to keep everything looking brand new.
📍 Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding. Stay tuned, international baddies!
